Most denim complaints do not appear during assembly. Instead, they originate from raw fabric flaws and unstable material properties. As a private label clothing manufacturer since 2011, DZX Apparel builds quality control at the very start of production.
Even with attractive wash effects, untested denim may shrink heavily or fade unevenly after the first wash. For this reason, we lock in fabric specifications before cutting any panels. Our factory accepts custom denim development and lab testing for brands across USA, France, Netherlands and Australia.
Before cutting begins, every incoming denim roll enters our internal lab for fixed tests. Our technicians check three key indicators: fabric weight, washing shrinkage and color fastness. Our available denim weights cover 8 oz up to 14 oz to match different product lines.
Light 8–10 oz denim works well for denim shirts and lightweight casual bottoms. Mid 11–13 oz denim remains the standard for classic jeans and denim jackets. Without pre-testing, denim can shrink between 3% and 5% after washing.
Therefore, our pattern team adjusts all marker sizes based on real shrinkage data. This step prevents large batches of size deviation for export orders. In addition, we keep lot traceability records for every fabric shipment. Our factory supports custom weight and wash recipe adjustment for denim orders shipped to Canada and European markets.

Denim garments face constant rubbing and pulling in everyday use. The highest-risk spots include pocket corners, fly seams and side outseams. To reduce tearing issues, our workers apply bartack reinforcement and double stitching on these zones.
For most private label denim orders, we follow a stitch density of 8–10 stitches per inch. This setting balances strength and soft hand feel. Our factory runs five separate sewing lines, with dedicated areas for cutting, sewing and finishing.
Over 100 skilled operators handle denim production each day. Our daily mixed-style capacity hits 5,000 pieces. Whether you place a 50-piece trial batch or a larger seasonal run, we keep the same stitching rules. Besides sewing work, we complete embroidery, heat transfer and rhinestone decoration in-house for your denim line.
Quality control does not wait until the end of production. Rather, QC inspectors carry out spot checks right after each key sewing station. They verify seam alignment, stitch tightness and hem uniformity on every shift.
If inspectors catch defects early, we stop processing that piece before adding extra labor. For woven denim, we pay close attention to placket flatness and pocket symmetry. These subtle details decide whether finished denim looks premium.
We randomly pull 8% of semi-finished goods for extra durability testing. Failed items move to rework immediately before packing. Our factory implements station-by-station QC workflows for all custom denim projects for Australia, USA and European buyers.
Internal checks alone cannot fully satisfy cross-border brand requirements. Accordingly, all export denim shipments to USA, Canada, Australia and Europe require ASAHI·LINK third-party inspection.
Inspectors visit our factory once bulk production finishes. They follow AQL 2.5 standards to check size tolerance, stitch consistency, fabric blemishes and label correctness. Historically, 98% of our denim batches pass this audit on the first try.
The remaining 2% receive full correction before loading. We attach official inspection reports to all shipping documents. This independent audit reduces customs hold risk and post-delivery quality disputes. Our factory never arranges shipment unless ASAHI·LINK releases a passing report.
Our standardized factory floor covers 2,000 square meters. All finished denim pieces go into waterproof inner bags and thick export cartons. This packaging protects goods during sea freight and air delivery.
Our logistics team prepares all required export paperwork. We handle commercial invoices, packing lists, origin certificates and fiber content declarations for different target regions. We also maintain stable forwarding partnerships for Canada, Australia and European destinations.
We share live tracking updates with buyers once cargo departs. This transparent shipping workflow helps small private label brands manage overseas inventory easily. Our factory provides full one-stop export support for denim OEM and ODM orders worldwide.

Selecting a reliable denim supplier means finding a team that controls quality through every production step. From fabric lab testing and inline checks to third-party audit and export packing, DZX Apparel delivers steady denim quality.
If your brand needs consistent private label denim for repeat seasonal releases, our team can scale production smoothly as your sales grow. Our factory offers full-cycle OEM and ODM denim manufacturing for growing apparel brands across global markets.
