To solve this issue, our factory adopts unified registration marking systems for all cap styles. We strictly control logo positioning error within 2mm for all bulk orders. Before digitizing patterns, our technical team plans embroidery zones reasonably. We avoid seams and air holes to prevent needle breakage and fabric damage. Our actual production data shows the embroidery placement accuracy rate reaches 98.7%. Besides flat embroidery, we support 3D puff embroidery and multi-color embroidery customization. Our workers follow fixed craft parameters for different fabric materials, including cotton twill and polyester blends. Fine Trimming & Professional Shaping Finishing

Clean finishing determines the final retail presentation of embroidered caps. Even high-quality embroidery will look unprofessional with residual threads and messy foam edges. Thus, we arrange dedicated trimming operators for independent post-processing. All caps are inspected under bright lighting for manual thread trimming. We control loose thread length within 2mm uniformly. For 3D embroidery products, we completely clean residual foam edges to ensure neat logo outlines after washing. Furthermore, we adopt targeted pressing processes for different cap structures. Structured caps are shaped with professional cap blocks and constant-temperature steam pressing. Unstructured casual caps adopt soft pressing to retain natural texture. We adjust 150°C high-temperature pressing for cotton fabrics and low-temperature treatment for polyester materials. Our factory provides full fine finishing services to ensure finished caps match pre-approved sample standards.

Three-Round In-House QC Before Third-Party Verification

Stable quality relies on layered and repeated inspection mechanisms. For this reason, our factory implements three independent in-house QC procedures for all custom cap orders before external testing. The first round is raw material inspection, covering fabric, embroidery thread, foam accessories and hardware. The second round is online sampling during embroidery and assembly processes. The third round is full finished product inspection, detecting stains, thread residues, positioning deviation and size errors. Different professional QC teams take charge of each procedure to avoid inspection blind spots. Our 2025 internal final inspection rejection rate is controlled below 2%. This strict pre-inspection system greatly stabilizes batch quality and lays a solid foundation for third-party testing.
