All fabric panels are precision-cut by CNC machines with a 0.1cm tolerance for consistent, clean edges. The 3D silicone print is applied with automated screen printing equipment and cured at controlled high temperature to ensure strong adhesion and uniform raised effect. Each print undergoes 100% visual inspection and rub testing to verify durability. All garment seams follow a 12 stitches per inch standard, with bartack reinforcement at stress points such as shoulder seams and hood joints to enhance overall durability.
