Custom Knitting & Targeted Dyeing For Different Global Markets

All qualified raw yarns are sent directly to our in-house knitting and dyeing workshops without outsourcing. We adopt standardized double-dyeing technology and professional anti-shrink finishing treatment for all customized fabrics. Independent laboratory test data verifies that the finished fabric shrinkage rate is controlled below 2.8% after three standard household washing cycles. This stable physical property perfectly adapts to repeated daily cleaning and long-term wearing needs of global end consumers. In addition, our color matching team strictly follows official Pantone color cards. We support exclusive custom color development for brand private collections, providing one-stop fabric color, gram weight and texture customization for all overseas OEM orders.

Dual QC Mode: In-Factory Fabric Check Plus Final Third-Party Batch Audit

We implement two layers of fabric quality inspection before formal cutting and mass production to eliminate hidden quality risks from the source. Our on-site QC personnel conduct hourly random sampling during fabric laying and preparation processes. They strictly check fabric surface defects, grain skew and color deviation between different batches. This real-time inline inspection keeps our blank fabric defective rate steadily under 1.2% throughout the whole year.

More importantly, all export fabrics used for orders shipped to USA, Australia and European countries must pass mandatory professional third-party inspection. Authorized professional inspectors follow international AQL2.5 inspection standards. They comprehensively test fabric physical properties, color fastness and harmful substance content to meet EU REACH environmental compliance requirements. All inspection reports are digitally archived for more than one year to support annual supplier audits and customs clearance of international brands.
