Craftsmanship Details:

All fabric panels are precision-cut by CNC machines with a 0.1cm tolerance for consistent, clean edges. The tonal knit embroidery is applied with advanced multi-head embroidery machines, with precise thread tension control to ensure uniform, dense stitching across every garment. Each embroidered area undergoes 100% visual inspection and rub testing to verify durability and positioning accuracy. All garment seams follow a 12 stitches per inch standard, with bartack reinforcement at stress points such as shoulder seams and sleeve hems to enhance overall durability. Every finished piece passes full QC checks for embroidery integrity, fabric consistency and stitching quality before shipment.
