Craftsmanship Details:

All fabric panels are precision-cut by CNC machines with a 0.1cm tolerance for consistent, clean edges. The multi-color contrast embroidery is produced with advanced multi-head embroidery machines, with precise color registration to ensure uniform stitching across every garment. Each embroidered area undergoes 100% visual inspection and rub testing to verify durability and alignment accuracy. All garment seams follow a 12 stitches per inch standard, with bartack reinforcement at stress points such as shoulder seams, hood joints and drawcord openings to enhance overall durability. Every finished piece passes full QC checks for embroidery integrity, fabric consistency and stitching quality before shipment.
