All fabric panels are CNC precision cut with 0.1cm tolerance to ensure uniform, smooth edges. Metallic thread embroidery is produced on multi-head automatic embroidery machines with tight stitch density for three-dimensional raised texture. Every embroidered area undergoes 100% visual inspection and rub testing to check gloss uniformity and stitching firmness. All garment seams follow a 12 stitches per inch standard, with bartack reinforcement at stress points including raglan shoulder joints, neckline and cuff edges. All finished goods pass full QC inspection of embroidery integrity, fabric condition and sewing quality before shipment.
