Craftsmanship Details:

Fabric cutting adopts CNC cutting machine to ensure consistent panel size. The 3D towel embroidery is produced on multi-head embroidery machines with tight stitching density. Flat embroidery lines are neat with consistent thread tension. All rib trims are pre-shrunk before sewing to avoid uneven deformation after washing. Garments follow standard 12 stitches per inch sewing specification. Stress points on neckline and sleeve joints are reinforced. Every sweatshirt undergoes full inspection to check embroidery firmness, stitching quality and color consistency before shipment.
