High-quality fabric is the key to clear and neat embroidery patterns. We cooperate with certified domestic denim mills and designated material suppliers from Europe. Over 75 percent of our pure cotton denim holds valid Oeko-Tex certification to meet international safety standards.
We supply stretch denim blended with 2% to 5% elastane. This material maintains excellent resilience, which works perfectly for skinny denim styles. We also prepare organic cotton denim for eco-focused brands from the Netherlands and France.
Our supply chain team fully supports customized fabric solutions. We can adjust fabric weight, composition and surface finish as requested. We once developed 10.5-ounce rigid denim for a Canadian streetwear brand, and the fabric presented delicate embroidery details wonderfully. Our factory provides one-stop custom fabric sourcing and pre-production testing for global denim suppliers.
Different denim types need matched tools and auxiliary materials for durable embroidery. We use ballpoint needles for stretch denim and sharp needles for rigid styles. This targeted choice reduces fabric damage by around 40 percent.
We apply tear-away backing for most regular denim embroidery. For high-density logos and tiny text, we add water-soluble topping to keep patterns crisp and readable. Our standard embroidery speed is 850 stitches per minute. We slow down properly for complex patterns to ensure tidy edges.
After washing, we carry out stretch recovery tests. All embroidery parts must keep original shape after 20 standard home wash cycles. We also promise reliable quality warranty against thread fading and breakage. We record all production parameters for each order, so we can fully replicate the same effect for repeat orders. Our factory standardizes embroidery techniques to deliver long-lasting finished products.
We implement multi-level quality control throughout the whole production flow. Our internal inline inspection catches about 50 percent of potential defects during the sewing process. Before delivery, all goods go through final random sampling following AQL 2.5 standards.
Every shipment must pass independent third-party inspection by
ASAHI·LINK. Inspectors check embroidery density, color fastness and overall seam strength strictly. In the past three years, our overall shipment pass rate has stayed above 99.2 percent.
We send complete inspection reports to clients before final payment. This transparent service wins trust from partners in Australia and Europe. If you need extra tests for heavy metals or formaldehyde, we can arrange tests via SGS and Intertek. Our factory combines internal checks and
ASAHI·LINK verification to deliver fully compliant embroidered denim products.
