Multi-Stage In-Factory Internal QC Framework
To start with, DZX Apparel has built a rigorous full-process multi-level quality control system covering every production link since its establishment in 2011. As a professional full-category clothing factory, we own a 2000 sqm standardized production plant. The workshop is equipped with more than 5 independent production lines and staffed with over 100 well-trained sewing and QC workers.
Every custom garment undergoes three independent and non-overlapping inspection rounds before final packaging. This layered inspection mode completely avoids missing defective products in mass production. First, our professional QC team conducts strict raw material inspection immediately after fabrics and accessories enter the warehouse. We systematically test fabric weight, wet and dry color fastness, washing shrinkage rate and yarn tightness.
Meanwhile, inspectors fully check hardware specifications, surface flatness and coating quality. All unqualified raw materials are directly rejected and returned to suppliers. This pre-production inspection effectively prevents large-area rework and cost loss in subsequent mass production.
Secondly, dedicated mobile QC inspectors continuously patrol all cutting and sewing production lines. They randomly sample semi-finished garments to verify stitch density, seam flatness, size accuracy and pocket alignment. Defective products are marked and reworked on-site immediately to block flawed pieces from entering the next process.
Finally, we carry out comprehensive finished product inspection after ironing and thread trimming. Inspectors check for surface stains, residual threads, loose decorations and unqualified stitching details. We adjust internal inspection standards flexibly to meet the strict import requirements of Australia, Canada, France and other European markets. Our factory provides customizable internal QC rules and full-process quality tracking for all global OEM apparel bulk orders.
Mandatory ASAHI·LINK Third-Party Pre-Shipment Inspection
Apart from comprehensive in-house layered audits, we regard independent third-party testing as the final quality barrier for all cross-border export orders. We maintain long-term official cooperation with ASAHI·LINK, a globally authoritative inspection institution for apparel manufacturing.
All pre-shipment inspections strictly follow international AQL 2.5 sampling standards. Professional inspectors conduct random carton sampling and full-item testing for each batch of goods. Key inspection items include fabric physical performance, size tolerance, sewing uniformity, safety label compliance and complete packaging integrity.
Only bulk goods that pass all ASAHI·LINK test indicators can be approved for loading and global delivery. This dual internal and external supervision mode thoroughly eliminates quality differences between pre-production samples and large-batch finished products.
In addition to fixed cooperative institutions, we also support designated third-party inspections for clients from the USA, Netherlands and Australia. Buyers can arrange authorized institutions for on-site factory auditing and batch verification. We share complete official inspection reports with clients before shipment to achieve 100% transparent order cooperation. Our factory implements mandatory ASAHI·LINK third-party pre-shipment testing for all cross-border apparel shipments.
Unified Craft Standards For All Full-Category Garments
To achieve stable and consistent quality across all full-category apparel, we have formulated unified refined craft standards covering blazers, denim wear, casual shirts, workwear and decorative garments. All craft specifications are summarized from more than 10 years of mass production experience and overseas market feedback.
For beading and rhinestone decoration processes, we enforce strict firmness and neatness standards. Every decorated piece passes manual pulling and simulated washing tests to prevent ornament falling off during daily wear and cleaning. For smocking and pleated garments, fixed stitch spacing and professional pressing equipment ensure durable and non-deforming pleat lines.
For screen printing and embroidery craftsmanship, we control color difference within industrial acceptable ranges and standardize pattern position and edge smoothness. Our technical team provides professional pre-production craft training for all workers before every new batch starts.
We also update our craft standards regularly to adapt to the latest quality and safety requirements of European and American markets. Our factory provides standardized craft execution and personalized process optimization services for all OEM and ODM full-category custom apparel projects.
