Durable Fabric Selection & Pre-Production Lab Testing
In terms of workwear durability, high-standard fabric selection acts as the core foundation of qualified utility shirts. At DZX Apparel, we reserve two stable mass-production fabric series exclusively for functional workwear orders, covering pure combed cotton and high-density cotton-polyester blended twill.
Both fabric options balance excellent air permeability and strong tensile resistance, fully adapting to long-hour daily work wear. For corporate clients in Australia and France who pursue neat dressing effects, we provide optional professional wrinkle-resistant finishing treatment to reduce ironing frequency.
Before formal bulk cutting, every fabric batch undergoes strict internal laboratory testing. Our QC team completes tensile strength, tear resistance and color fastness tests one by one. Any unqualified fabric roll will be eliminated directly to avoid batch quality risks.
Furthermore, we support personalized fabric parameter adjustment. Clients can customize fabric weight, fiber proportion and softness finish based on their target market and budget. All fabric processing standards comply with EU REACH regulations for cross-border export. Our factory supplies customized fabric blending, weight adjustment and functional finishing for all OEM utility shirt bulk orders.
As a standardized workwear manufacturer founded in 2011, we own a 2000-square-meter factory space equipped with more than 5 independent production lines. We set up dedicated fixed stations for collar sewing, cuff reinforcement, pocket assembly and placket stitching to improve production professionalism.
Different from ordinary scattered production modes, our segmented assembly line arrangement ensures stable craftsmanship while improving delivery efficiency. Every finished utility shirt passes three rigorous inline quality inspection procedures during production.
Firstly, front-line inspectors check raw fabric for weaving flaws, color difference and yarn defects. Secondly, semi-finished products are inspected for stitch density, seam uniformity and reinforcement standard compliance. Thirdly, finished garments undergo full-size measurement and appearance screening before packaging.
We set clear quantitative standards for broken threads, uneven stitching and fabric blemishes. All non-conforming products are marked for immediate rework and secondary inspection. This layered control greatly reduces defective rate for bulk orders. Our factory maintains standardized segmented inline quality control for all small trial orders and large-batch utility shirt production.
