DZX apparel was founded in 2011, operating a standardized 2000-square-meter garment factory in Dongguan. We own five complete production lines and more than 100 skilled sewing and knitting workers. We focus on full-gender custom knitwear and fall jacket OEM services for global apparel suppliers. Our main cooperative markets cover the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Spain and Netherlands.
Most traditional Chinese clothing factories set high minimum order quantities for custom knitwear, which brings huge inventory risks for emerging boutique brands. To solve this industry pain point, we launch a super flexible low MOQ policy. Our factory supports a minimum order of only 50 pieces per single style for all fall knit sweaters, cardigans and casual jackets. This low-threshold service perfectly helps new brands test autumn market trends without heavy capital pressure.
We maintain long-term stable cooperation with certified domestic spinning mills. We supply diverse yarn materials, including regular cotton blends, soft merino wool and GRS-certified recycled yarns. Eco-friendly yarn options fully meet the sustainable apparel standards of European markets such as France and Netherlands. We also customize fabric gram weight and yarn thickness for different regional climates. We provide 220gsm lightweight knitwear for Australia’s mild autumn and 320gsm thickened knit fabrics for Canada’s cool and dry fall weather. Around 56% of our first-time startup clients choose 2 to 3 mixed styles within the 50-piece quota for market testing. Our factory supports full yarn composition, texture and gram weight customization for all men’s and women’s autumn clothing OEM orders.
In-House Knitting & Jacket Tailoring Production Craft
All autumn knitwear and jacket products are independently produced in our factory with no outsourcing processing. We are equipped with over 30 advanced computerized knitting machines to ensure stable fabric output and consistent texture. We adopt 12G to 16G multi-specification needle gauges to create diverse knit textures, including plain stitch, rib stitch and cable patterns.
For custom fall jackets, our professional cutting and sewing team follows strict standardized processes. We control fabric laying tension below 0.5% to effectively prevent garment deformation and wrinkling after wearing and washing. All personalized details are completed in our in-house workshop. This includes custom rib cuffs, patch pockets, screen printing, embroidery and small accessory decoration.
We provide complete pre-production services for global clients. After receiving design sketches or tech packs from USA and European suppliers, our team finishes accurate prototype samples within 5 working days. Fast sampling efficiency greatly shortens the R&D cycle of seasonal autumn products. Our mature production system realizes one-stop OEM/ODM customization from design proofing to mass production for global fall clothing suppliers.
Dual Quality Management: Inline Workshop Check + Mandatory Third-Party Audit
Quality control runs through every production link of autumn garments. We implement a dual quality inspection system to guarantee stable product quality for overseas wholesale orders. Our full-time on-site QC personnel conduct hourly random sampling and full-process patrol inspection during fabric cutting, sewing and finished product finishing.
Strict inline inspection keeps our annual internal defective rate steadily below 1.4%. More importantly, all export batches shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia and European countries must pass mandatory professional third-party quality inspection before delivery. Authorized inspectors follow international AQL2.5 inspection standards. They strictly test fabric shrinkage, color fastness, stitching firmness and overall garment flatness.
Our long-term production data shows that over 98% of our autumn clothing orders pass third-party testing on the first attempt. All inspection reports are digitally archived for more than one year. This fully meets the annual supplier audit and customs clearance requirements of mid-to-high-end brands in Europe and America. Our strict dual quality system provides reliable quality guarantees for every global bulk order.
Custom Packing & Multi-Modal Global Delivery Arrangement
After passing all internal and third-party quality inspections, our finishing team provides brand-customized packaging services. We support custom woven labels, printed hangtags, size stickers and personalized export cartons according to different brand standards and regional market rules.
We cooperate with more than 11 professional international freight agents to provide flexible shipping solutions. Fast air freight delivers urgent small-batch orders to core cities in the USA and Canada within 7 working days. Cost-effective sea freight takes about 30 days to reach mainstream European ports such as Rotterdam and Barcelona. Our logistics team sorts complete customs declaration documents and origin certificates for free. We update real-time cargo tracking information until the goods are safely stored in the client’s overseas warehouse.
