The production process starts with professional sampling and material sourcing. We begin with detailed communication to understand your design, fit, fabric and embroidery requirements.Our team creates accurate tech packs and patterns based on your sketches, reference samples or size charts. We deliver the first sample within 7–10 days for you to test fit, workmanship and details.

After sample approval, we launch bulk production with strict workflow control. Our skilled team manages cutting, sewing, pocket stitching, waistband assembly and embroidery details.Each production step follows standardized procedures to ensure consistent sizing, clean stitching and durable construction. We specialize in custom embroidery, heat transfer prints and logo applications for shorts.

Quality is our top priority throughout production. Our internal QC team inspects fabric, sewing, embroidery, measurements and finishing at every stage.Every order must pass independent third-party inspection before shipment. Inspectors randomly test samples to check stitching strength, color fastness, measurement accuracy and workmanship.

Once approved, we provide custom packaging services, including poly bags, branded labels, hang tags and carton boxes. Our logistics team then arranges safe, efficient shipping.We offer flexible shipping options: sea freight for large cost-effective orders and air freight for urgent small batches. We regularly ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Netherlands and across Europe.
