Once the sample is approved, we arrange bulk production in a scientific and efficient way to meet your delivery timeline. First, we create a detailed production schedule, allocating dedicated production lines (we have 5+ professional denim lines) and 12+ sewing stations for this cargo style—each station is responsible for a specific process, such as pocket attachment, zipper installation, or topstitching.We prioritize material preparation: we stock enough fabric, buttons, zippers, and brand labels 3-5 days before production starts to avoid delays. Our production team works in 2 shifts, ensuring a daily output of 800-1000 pairs, which allows us to complete a 5000-piece order within 7-10 working days.To maintain consistency, we assign a dedicated production supervisor to each order. The supervisor checks the stitching, pocket alignment, and distressed finish at every step, ensuring all pieces meet the sample standard. We also flexibly adjust production capacity based on your order size—whether it’s 50 pieces (our low MOQ) or 10,000 pieces, we can deliver on time.For seasonal orders (e.g., summer collections for USA and Australian brands), we reserve production capacity in advance, ensuring your products arrive in time for your launch date.

Quality Control: Strict Inspections to Ensure Premium Standards

Quality is non-negotiable for us, and we implement a 3-layer QC system for every bulk order of our cargo denim. First, in-line QC: each sewing station has a dedicated inspector who checks stitching (7-9 stitches per inch), fabric defects, and pocket alignment before moving to the next step.Second, final factory inspection: after sewing, washing, and finishing, all finished pants undergo a comprehensive check—we inspect for stains, loose threads, color consistency, and fit accuracy. Any defective pieces are repaired or discarded immediately, ensuring a pass rate of 99.7%.Third, third-party inspection: we invite independent inspection agencies (approved by USA, European, and Australian markets) to conduct a random check before shipment. Inspectors follow AQL standards (1.5 for major defects, 4.0 for minor defects), verifying fabric composition, color fastness, and overall craftsmanship.This rigorous QC system keeps our defect rate below 0.3%, protecting your brand reputation in competitive global markets.
