Fabric Selection: Satin Chiffon & Acetate Blends
This blouse uses high-quality satin chiffon or acetate-blend fabric. It has a soft matte sheen and excellent drape, ideal for professional settings.The fabric is designed to resist wrinkles and sheerness. With a density of 75–80 GSM, it remains opaque even with light-colored designs.
We test every fabric batch for shrinkage (≤3%) and colorfastness before production. This ensures the pleats stay neat and the color remains consistent after washing.We offer custom fabric sourcing, including OEKO-TEX certified materials, to meet the safety standards of European and Australian markets.
The front pleats are the most technically demanding part of this blouse. Each pleat requires precise spacing and even stitching.Our pattern team adjusts the base block to account for fabric stretch. We add 0.5 cm of ease in the chest area to prevent the pleats from pulling tight.
The pleats are marked using a heat-seal guide. This ensures the distance between each pleat is consistent (1.5 cm ± 0.1 cm) across the entire garment.This level of precision reduces sewing errors by 40% and improves the final appearance of the blouse.
Collar and Sleeve Construction

Full Production & In-Line Quality Control
Our production process follows a structured workflow to maintain consistency.First, we cut the fabric using automated machines. Then, we sew the pleats, collar, and sleeves in dedicated stations.
Every blouse goes through three quality checks:
- Pleat alignment: Ensures all three front pleats are even and parallel.
- Collar and cuff check: Verifies shape, stitching, and interfacing adhesion.
- Final inspection: Checks for loose threads, fabric defects, and size accuracy.We also support third-party inspection by ASAHI·LINK at your request. Inspectors verify compliance with AQL standards before shipment.
