Flexible Low MOQ Setup Tailored for New Startup Brand Orders
Most new startup brands face high inventory risk when sourcing custom tees and denim. We set flexible low MOQ rules specially for these small newcomers. Unlike many big factories that require hundreds of pieces for first order, our team accepts trial orders starting from small batches for US and Spain startup clients. Apart from loose order quantity limits, we split sample cost and big bulk cost separately to cut early investment of new brand owners. Our factory can provide full OEM and ODM service at this trial stage. Clients send simple design drafts, and our in-house designers turn ideas into usable production patterns within 3 to 7 working days. This customized service matches the lightweight operation need of newly built clothing labels from North America and Southern Europe.
In-house Fabric Selection & Custom Adjustment for Tees and Denim Garments
We build stable long-term cooperation with over 20 domestic raw fabric suppliers for tee cotton and denim twill materials. Clients from Canada and European countries can adjust fabric weight, cotton blend ratio and softness per their local market demand. For USA casual tees, most startup buyers pick 160g to 220g pure cotton or cotton-spandex mixed cloth. For vintage-style denim pants popular in Spain market, we customize raw denim wash hardness and fabric thickness. Besides ready stock materials, our sourcing team finds exclusive fabric per client’s unique request. Our factory supports full fabric custom as core OEM service, and we list all fabric cost breakdown clearly in formal quotation for every startup partner.
Detailed Craft Control on Printing, Embroidery & Denim Stitching Process
Our workshop finishes all core craft inside factory without outsourcing to third-party small workshops. We manage heat transfer printing, direct embroidery, rhinestone decoration and denim pleat making in our own production zones. Every craft step follows fixed operation standards set by our QC team. When clients ask for logo heat transfer on custom tees for Australian local stores, our workers test print color fastness before mass cutting. For denim jeans with beading details from Spain startup brands, technicians fix bead position one by one to avoid loose dropping after repeated washing. In addition to finished craft execution, our production team updates small craft tweaks per client’s revision, which is included in our full-cycle ODM service free of extra processing fees.
