Step 1: Start with Your Design & Tech Pack
Every custom order starts with a clear design. You can send us sketches, sample photos, or a complete tech pack. A tech pack includes measurements, stitch types, hardware placement, wash effects and print details. We also accept existing garments as reference.Our team reviews your specs and gives professional feedback. We flag any design details that may be hard to produce, saving you time and money. Step 3: Sampling & Fitting

We ship the sample to you or hold a virtual fitting session.You give feedback on any changes. Then we make a second sample with your requested revisions. The sample process takes about 10 to 14 days for a basic style. For complex washes or digital prints, it may take 18 to 21 days.
Once you approve the final sample, we move to bulk production. We keep the approved sample as the quality standard for all bulk orders.Our factory supports flexible sampling services, with 1-5 sample pieces for design validation, helping you perfect the product before bulk production.
Step 4: Bulk Production & Quality Control
Bulk production starts after sample approval. We cut, sew, wash, print and finish all pieces. Our production capacity is 15,000 to 20,000 pairs per month for denim pants.Throughout production, we run strict quality checks. Our QC team checks seam strength, stitch density (7-9 stitches per inch), measurement accuracy and print alignment.
We use a 3-point inspection system. Each pair gets checked at three stages: cutting, in-line sewing, and final finishing. Defect rates are kept below 1.5% on major issues.For this floral style, we add an extra print alignment check, ensuring perfect pattern matching at side seams and waist. Step 5: Third-Party Inspection for Peace of Mind

The inspection report is shared with you before shipment. You only pay the balance after you approve the report. This gives you full control over quality.Our defect rate remains below 0.3% after third-party inspection, ensuring your products meet international standards for USA, Europe, Canada and Australia markets.
Step 6: MOQ, Pricing & Global Logistics
We offer flexible MOQ for denim pants. For basic styles using stock fabric, MOQ starts at 200 pieces per design. For custom fabric or complex digital prints, MOQ is negotiable.We give you a full cost breakdown before production begins. We work with trusted freight forwarders to offer competitive sea and air shipping rates.
Sea freight takes 12-16 days to the US West Coast, 25-32 days to Europe, and 18-22 days to Australia.
