Precise Pantone Color Matching & Batch Consistency Control
Color consistency is a core pain point for cross-border repeated orders. To solve this problem, our factory unifies Pantone TCX color codes as the only production standard.
We complete lab dip samples within 3 working days. Each color scheme provides three gradient options: light, standard and deep. This method helps overseas clients confirm the most accurate color tone. Our professional color tolerance is controlled within Delta E 1.5, stricter than the industry average Delta E 2.0.
All confirmed dye formulas are archived permanently. The same color batch will be used for seasonal reorders to avoid color difference. This stable color control system suits long-term cooperative brands in Europe and North America.
Our team has rich experience in color customization for cross-border apparel. We support precise color matching and batch locking services to meet unified shelf display standards for global retail brands.
Automatic Cutting & Pattern Alignment Technology
Cutting precision directly affects polo shirt fitting and stitching flatness. Our factory is equipped with advanced automatic fabric cutting machines. The equipment can process 80 layers of knitted fabric in one operation.
We strictly control cutting tolerance within ±1mm. Every cut panel fully matches the original pattern size. For striped and printed polo styles popular in Australia and USA, we implement professional pattern matching technology.
Shoulder seams and side seams maintain complete pattern alignment. Around 40% of our custom polo orders require pattern matching processing. Our senior cutting workers optimize layout to reduce fabric waste effectively. Each 220GSM pique polo consumes 0.85–1.1 meters of fabric based on different sizes.
Relying on standardized cutting procedures, our factory provides high-precision OEM cutting services. We support customized pattern development and size grading for all men’s polo styles for global wholesale clients.
Standardized Stitching Craft & Reinforced Sewing Details
Stitching density reflects factory craft level. We implement unified ISO standard stitching parameters for all custom polo orders. The main seam density is fixed at 12–14 stitches per 3cm.
This standard effectively prevents seam wrinkling and thread breakage. For vulnerable parts, we adopt targeted reinforcement technology. Collars and cuffs use flatlock stitching for smooth and stretch-resistant performance. Shoulder seams apply adhesive tape reinforcement to prevent long-term stretching deformation.
Stress points of the front placket are fixed with bar tacks. Meanwhile, we adopt assembly line division of labor. Each worker is responsible for a single fixed process. Line supervisors conduct hourly process inspections. Our sewing defect rate is controlled below 3%, far lower than the 5%–8% industry average.
With mature standardized sewing systems, our factory stably undertakes high-standard polo OEM orders for France, Spain, Canada and other high-demand markets.
Custom Decoration & AATCC Standard Wash Testing
Logo customization is the main personalized demand for private label polo shirts. Our factory supports embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer processes.
We adopt Tajima multi-needle embroidery machines. The conventional left chest logo width is controlled at 8–10cm, with a maximum 8,000-stitch limit to ensure flat and non-bulky texture. Water-based and plastisol inks are used for screen printing. All printed products pass 5-cycle washing tests to verify no cracking or fading.
For gradient and fine pattern logos for small-batch orders, we provide high-precision heat transfer technology. Before mass production, all decoration crafts complete AATCC 61 standard wash resistance tests.
We provide one-stop logo customization solutions. From craft selection to pre-production testing, we support personalized decoration design for startup and mature brands across Europe and America.
