To start with, qualified fabric acts as the core foundation of durable custom tees. As a 100+ staff factory with 2000 sqm workshops and 5 production lines, DZX only cooperates with certified long-term fabric vendors to guarantee steady raw material quality.
Once fabric rolls arrive at our warehouse, our QC team carries out comprehensive incoming testing one by one. We measure fabric gram weight, wash color fastness and surface texture to match import standards of USA, Canada and Australia brands.
We prepare multiple mainstream fabric series for client selection, including 160gsm to 240gsm pure cotton, cotton-spandex blends and functional sport textile. Every series supports adjustable fiber proportion and thickness based on brand positioning.
Apart from regular cotton materials, we also stock eco-friendly recycled fabrics for brands with sustainable market layouts. All matching accessories such as woven labels, paper hangtags and packing boxes follow identical quality thresholds.
Our factory supplies full fabric, accessory and eco-material customization for all small and large OEM T-shirt bulk shipments.
Next, stable finished tee quality relies on standardized cutting and sewing workflows accumulated over 10 years of mass production experience. We deploy computer-controlled cutting machines to boost dimension accuracy for every cloth panel.
The precise cutting equipment keeps size tolerance within ±1mm, which greatly reduces inconsistent fitting across thousands of finished tees. All assembly lines follow unified stitch rules, fixing 3–4 stitches per centimeter for neat, tear-resistant seams.
Special reinforced bartacks are added on neckbands and shoulder joints, the two most easily worn parts of daily tees. We operate independent processing stations for screen print, heat transfer, embroidery and rhinestone decoration.
Every decorative craft gets separate pre-production sampling to avoid misalignment or loose ornaments. Our technical team offers free structure optimization advice if clients’ designs carry hard-to-make details.
Our factory delivers full ODM pattern revision and multi-decoration craft matching services for global European and Oceanian T-shirt suppliers.
In view of cross-border brand demands for low return rates, we build three separated inspection links running through the whole T-shirt manufacturing flow. The first round of audit targets all incoming textile rolls, only fabrics with over 98% passing rate can move to cutting workshops.
During continuous sewing production, roaming QC staff take random samples every two hours. They check stitch tightness and panel symmetry on semi-finished tees to block defects in advance.
After ironing and trimming, workers launch full appearance and dimension inspection for every single tee before packing. All internally qualified goods will be sent to ASAHI·LINK for official pre-ship sampling test.
The third-party inspection follows global AQL 2.5 norms to verify fabric performance and workmanship. Our half-year statistics show the one-time passing rate hits 97.6%. Any flawed batches get full free rework within 3 working days.
