Strict Craft Standards & Third-Party Quality Inspection
We never reduce craft standards for small-batch orders. Firstly, we adopt flat seam technology for all knitwear to avoid skin irritation and garment deformation, making shoulder and side seams flat and comfortable. For easy-deforming parts such as cuffs, hems and necklines, we add 3%–5% spandex rib structure and 10–12mm fixed elastic stay tape. This craft effectively maintains garment elasticity and shape after repeated washing and wearing.
To ensure color consistency, we adopt single-batch yarn dyeing for each order and pre-test all colors with standard Pantone color cards. Every batch of products achieves uniform color tone. All export orders require mandatory third-party inspection. We cooperate with authoritative institutions including ASAHI・LINK, SGS and Bureau Veritas. Inspectors test color fastness, seam strength and size accuracy with a 98%+ long-term pass rate.
Our factory service: We implement unified high-standard craft production and mandatory ASAHI・LINK third-party inspection for all small-batch knitwear, providing official inspection reports for customs clearance in Europe, Australia and Canada.
