Unlike small sewing workshops, we control the whole denim manufacturing chain from raw yarn sourcing to finished jacket packing. Thick denim cloth brings higher production difficulty than regular fabrics. Our long-term technical experience solves all thick cloth cutting and sewing pain points for global brand clients.

Our factory delivers full-cycle OEM and ODM custom development for all men’s and women’s denim jackets, covering every step from hand-drawn drafts to mass bulk delivery.

Stable fabric quality decides the long-term durability of denim jackets. We cooperate with certified domestic denim mills to source reliable raw materials for all export orders. Our stock fabric weight ranges from 8oz to 15oz, including pure cotton and stretch cotton blends.

We fully adjust fabric density, spandex ratio and indigo shade based on your target market demands. Canadian and French casual brands usually pick 10–12oz stretch denim, while Australian eco labels tend to select rigid 100% cotton denim.

Before every batch cutting, we complete lab tests for color fastness and shrinkage rate. We also supply raw denim, stone wash and enzyme wash fabric variants. Our one-stop fabric matching service supports all custom denim jacket projects for Western market retailers.

All denim cutting adopts automatic industrial cutting machines. This equipment cuts fabric deviation below 0.3cm and lowers raw material waste by around 18%. Our core sewing team holds over 10 years of professional thick fabric operation experience.

Every shoulder, side and pocket seam uses double-needle stitching to boost tensile strength. We offer multiple mature wash formulas such as stone wash, enzyme wash and vintage fading. Custom laser distressing and hand sanding can be added on request.

Extra decorative processes including embroidery, metal patches and rhinestone embellishment are available. We set unified SOP operation cards for all craft steps to keep identical workmanship for small 100pc test orders and large bulk shipments.

We carry out three rounds of internal quality checks during full denim jacket production. The first inspection verifies fabric defects right after material arrives. The second patrol checks stitching tightness while workers sew. The third full manual check confirms finished jacket appearance.

To gain transparent trust with overseas buyers, all bulk orders must pass ASAHI・LINK independent third-party inspection before loading. Inspectors follow global AQL 2.5 standards to test sizing, wash effect and hardware durability.

If any defective items are found, our production team completes full free rework within 48 hours. This dual internal and external quality control mechanism greatly reduces return rates for brands selling denim jackets in Australia and Europe.

We set a flexible minimum order of only 50 pieces per single denim jacket style. This low threshold lowers inventory pressure for startup brands from Netherlands and Spain. Our factory’s daily denim output can support both small trial runs and 10,000-piece large retail orders.

We collaborate with mainstream international freight firms to provide sea, air and door-to-door express choices. Standard sea transit to USA West Coast takes roughly 17 days, and shipments to Australia take around 14 days.
